Where I live there are these crawls that happen where people dress up in the theme of the crawl, and go around to different bars and drink. I've gone to a couple of these, and they are always a lot of fun and I meet some of the most intesting people. My friends and I went to the leprechaun crawl for St. Patrick's day. Might I say that we all looked super cute! During the crawl my friends and I are standing in this one bar. An older man, he had to be in his 50's is sitting a few seats away from where I am standing, my friend points out that he is looking at me and I look over my shoulder and he says “You are beautiful”. So this guy looks like he probably did some sort of labor type work; he was covered in dirt and paint and didn't bother to shower before going out. I think he may have had a stroke at one point in time, or he had a bad botox experience because the one side of his face didn't move. It was very obvious that this guy has had FAR to much to drink already. I just say thank you and go back to talking with my friend. The bartender comes up to us and after we order another drink he starts trying to talk with me, but is slurring his words. He was obviously drunk and I try not to mess with drunk people since they are completely unpredictable. I just smiled and told him to have a nice night and walked over to a group of people. I'm enjoying a few laughs and hanging out with my friends, we are figuring out where to head to next when I feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn around and there is the drunk 50 year old man. He looks very upset and like he may cry. He tells me that this relationship isn't working out, and that I am not giving him the attention he deserves. Then he just leaves. I'm not even sure how I should feel about it. I'm still just really confused.
