Are you content

I would have to say I am content with the choices I am starting to make and the direction I am heading in. By this time next year I want my content to be happiness. This time next year I want to choose my improvements and be happy where I start and not just content. The last few years I've read books by the Dali lama; and the Buddhist teachings of enlightenment, improving yourself, and improving the world around you; have been a huge inspiration in the decisions I'm starting to make. Changing my outlook and thought pattern is far from easy but its important to do to grow and improve.
